Browns schedule predictions if Deshaun Watson suspended for 2022
Cleveland Browns Week 7: Loss at Ravens (4-3)
If Watson’s the QB here, then Cleveland probably wins. With Jacoby Brissett under center, it’s a loss. Baltimore is a very tough place to win, which is why it was so frustrating to see Cleveland squander four interceptions from Lamar Jackson on that Thursday nighter last season.
Brissett and company should keep things close, but in a close game, the cream rises to the top: In this case, the cream is former MVP Lamar Jackson.
Browns Week 8: Loss vs Bengals (4-4)
Ouch, and just like that, the Browns lose four straight and are sitting at .500.
Joe Burrow has already been to the Super Bowl and he’s not even close to reaching his ceiling. And, if you heard him talk on a podcast back in the spring about Baker Mayfield, you know Burrow knows he’s never beaten the Browns.
I’m not sure the Bengals are going to win the division–I think the Ravens with a healthy Jackson are the team to beat, but Burrow will have his team in the playoff race, picking up his first win against Cleveland here.
Browns Week 9: Bye
Perfect time for the Bye, as the Browns will have to look deep within to stop the losing.
Browns Week 10: Win at Miami (5-4)
If there’s a remedy for losing sickness, it’s playing the hapless Dolphins.
