Browns Week 15: Win vs Ravens (7-7)

Maybe Lamar Jackson is hurt by now, maybe he’s not. Either way, we’ll find out what kind of team they are under Kevin Stefanski. The playoffs will be a long shot by this point, but the Browns will still be in hunt.

Browns Week 16: Win vs Saints (8-7)

Another team that could’ve used Baker Mayfield, but instead, New Orleans is trying to make it work with Jameis Winston, who has a lifetime 33-44 career record.

If this one were in New Orleans, I’d be worried, but the Browns don’t leave coal in their fans stockings in this Christmas Eve contest.

Browns Week 17: Win at Commanders (9-7)

Hottest mess in the NFL in the last 25 years: While it certainly could be the Browns, Washington could give the Factory of Sadness a run for its money.

And when your a hot mess, you have an unsettled quarterback situation, which is what Washington has had for several years running. This time around, they’re giving the keys to Carson Wentz, who’s entirely beatable.

Browns Week 18: Loss at Steelers (9-8)

Those darn Steelers. You know Tomlin will have Pittsburgh ready to tear down whatever playoff hopes the Browns have entering this game and as we all know, Pittsburgh is a tough, tough place to win.

So, that’s the record without Watson 9-8. It’s an improvement from the 2021 campaign (8-9), but this mark is probably not good enough to make the playoffs. No 9-8 team from the AFC made the playoffs a season ago. Pittsburgh snuck in at 9-7-1.

Next. 3 possibilities on Baker Mayfield's "mystery team". dark

It will be viewed as a disappointment, as we’re all tired of waiting, but in reality, with Brissett under center, this would be one heck of a coaching job by Stefanski.
