4. Keep: Matt Moore

Matt Moore doesn't have the youth and upside that Lopez does out of the bullpen, and he gave us some reason for concern if some of his early appearances in Cleveland, but he seems to have settled down.

He's not young, but turning 35 years old next season isn't a huge red flag when he's still pitching so well and not being counted on to pitch more than one inning at a time anyway.

It’s also not like Moore’s showing signs of decline either, having posted a career-best 2.98 FIP in 2022 and having followed it up with a 3.80 (second-best of his career) in 2023. 

Moore would be another valuable bullpen piece with the potential to make a massive impact. If we have any intention of trying to contend in 2024 (which we should), then Moore needs to be part of those plans.
