The Cleveland Browns season has been very bad so far, but is there one part that sticks out the most?

This season was going to be rough, like many in the past for the Cleveland Browns. With a new regime, plenty of changes were made but the current season has been filled with more disappointment than originally thought.

Yes, it has been only five games, but it feels much longer than that. Injuries have played a large role in that feeling, but that is no excuse. Cleveland must have “the next man up mentality” regardless of how experienced the player is.

The NFL is in Week 6 and the Browns have yet to win a game. By now however, one would have thought Cleveland would have won a game by now. They certainly had their chances!

Whether it is Cleveland’s quarterback situation, offensive line’s dilemma, or the issues on defense, the Browns are beyond a rock and a hard place. That said, which part of their season so far has been the most disappointing? Members of the FoS team discussed.

Not Winning A Game

Ric McElroy

By far the most disappointing thing about the Cleveland Browns has been their lack of a singular win, despite coming so close in at least two games. Also, all the injuries that have kept them from putting what I’m sure Hue Jackson believes is his best team on the field!

Sure, the Josh Gordon thing with going into rehab just before being able to come back is a disappointment. Yet, it is not really unexpected.

More from Cleveland Browns

If you didn’t expect it you weren’t following his antics very closely. Gordon can’t say he hasn’t had his chances as the entire Browns organization has stood by him. That said, it’s time to move on!

The injured quarterback situation is mostly do to inferior offensive line play that has partially stemmed also from injury and some from inferior talent due to lack of depth. The Baltimore Ravens and Miami Dolphins games were winnable, especially with a better kicker, despite all of the mistakes this team made in those games!

Torrelle Howard

The most disappointing part of 2016 so far is easily the fact that Cleveland has not been able to keep their QBs upright throughout the season. Wins and losses aside, one of the main goals for this season was to find out if they had a future franchise QB on their team roster right now.

That’s a very hard task to accomplish when their QBs are getting hurt (legitimately) each game. Cleveland needs to do a much better keeping their QBs out of trouble going forward if they want any of them to succeed.
