Picks 26-32
26. Indianapolis-Jonathan Abram-S-Mississippi St.-Colts add a hard hitting safety to team up with Malik Hooker.
In the “just sayin'” department, Jonathan Abram would look good in a Browns uniform, and this is late enough in the first round that Cleveland general manager John Dorsey could certainly make a move to move up.
27. Oakland-Deandre Baker-CB-Georgia–Deandre Baker is too good to pass up here for the Raiders.
28. Chargers TRADE to Arizona-Byron Murphy-CB-Washington-We have another trade, this one sees the Chargers landing Phillip Rivers’ heir apparent in Josh Rosen, while Arizona picks up the 28th pick to add corner Byron Murphy.
In addition to Murphy, the Cardinals pick up the 130th overall pick. Besides Rosen, the Chargers also get the 65th pick.
29. Kansas City-Parris Campbell-WR-Ohio St.-Chiefs are in win-now mode, but recently, have released Kareem Hunt, lost Chris Conley, and who knows what will happen to Tyreke Hill.
Andy Reid has to keep the arsenal stacked for Patrick Mahommes so KC hedges here and takes a burner in Parris Campbell, another combine winner. Prior to the Combine, it looked as if. Campbell would be a second- or maybe even an early third-round pick.
30. Green Bay-Taylor Rapp-S-Washington–Taylor Rapp is a tone setter who will be a leader for the young Packers secondary.
31. LA Rams-Garrett Bradbury-C-NC St-With John Sullivan being a free agent, Garrett Bradbury is a highly rated center who the Rams are thrilled that he’s sitting here at 31.
32. New England-Chase Winovich-DE-Michigan-Winovich is a highly productive edge who fits what Belichick wants to do up front, plus the need arises with the loss of Trey Flowers.
