33. Arizona-Marquise Brown-WR-Oklahoma–Marquise Browns‘ foot fracture causes a little slide, who now pairs with his Oklahoma teammate Kyler Murray.
34. Indianapolis-Jeffery Simmons-DT-Mississippi St.-Colts with multiple picks can afford to take on Jeffery Simmon’s injury and character risk.
Simmons basically redshirts the 2019 season, but had he been healthy, he probably would’ve been a top-10 selection.
35. Oakland-Erik McCoy-C/G-Texas A&M-Erik McCoy offers Gruden versatility on the offensive line.
36. San Francisco-Hakeem Butler-WR-Iowa St.–Hakeem Butler is a wideout with a big catch radius that would’ve been more of a need had the Browns not pulled the trigger on the OBJ trade.
37. New York Jets-N’Keal Harry-WR-Arizona St–N’Keal Harry is a 6-foot-4 wideout who has back-to-back seasons of 1,000 yards receiving.
38. Jacksonville-Juan Thornhill-S-Virginia–Juan Thornhill totaled 98 tackles last season. He’s not afraid of contact.
39. Tampa Bay-Andy Isabella-WR-UMASS–Andy Isabella, a native of Mayfield, totaled 102 receptions for 1,698 and 13 touchdowns. It was UMASS, but you can’t ignore that type of production. Have seen the Packers are interested.
40. Buffalo-Deebo Samuel-WR-South Carolina-The run on receivers continues with Deebo Samuel off the board.
41. Denver-Kelvin Harmom-WR-NC St.-At 6-3, 214 pounds Kelvin Harmon offers size and production, having caught 150 passes over the past two seasons.
42. Cincinnati-Kaleb McGary-T-Washington–Kaleb McGary offers help on unit that still getting over being decimated a couple offseason ago when most notably, the Browns signed away Kevin Zeitler.
43. Detroit-Darnell Savage-S-Maryland–Darnell Savage had 52 tackles and four interceptions for Terrapins a season.
