By Mike Graham
Picks 44-64
44. Green Bay-Dalton Risner-T-Kansas St– Dalton Risner is one of Kansas State all-time great lineman and was named a first-team All-American by Pro Football Focus.
45. Atlanta-Dexter Lawrence-DT-Clemson–Dexter Lawrence had been regarded as a top-20 pick, but he falls into the second-round here.
46. Washington-Daniel Jones-QB-Duke-Washington needs to develop somebody and they start with Duke’s Daniel Jones.
47. Carolina-Jerry Tillery-DT-Notre Dame—Jerry Tillery totaled 7.0 sacks and 8.5 tackles for a loss last season for the Irish.
48. Miami-Tytus Howard-T-Alabama St–MIami adds depth on the line in Tytus Howard.
49. Cleveland-Amani Hooker-S Iowa-Note the pick here prior to the release of Derrick Kindred would’ve been Clemson corner Trayvon Mullen. But with the Browns needing a safety, Amani Hooker is the new pick. The Hawkeye played both safety positions while playing at Iowa. He was the Big Ten defensive player of the year, with 65 tackles, four interceptions and seven pass break-ups.
Safety is a position of need and the Browns would get a versatile player who could compete for a starting spot at strong safety.

51. Tennessee-Chris Lindstrom-G/C-Boston College—Chris Lindstrom offers depth on the line to help protect Marcus Mariota.
