1. Rashard Higgins

One catch. Seven yards. That’s all the stats show for Rashard Higgins, but what a catch it was for Baker Mayfield‘s forgotten favorite target.

For all of the Red Zone woes the Browns had, and yes, it was embarrassing and Freddie Kitchens will be the butt of several jokes on Monday, scoring seemed a heck of a lot easier when Mayfield finally looked Higgins way.

Hopefully, this contest serves as the boost Higgins’ season severely needs. The question as to why he isn’t playing remains a huge question. A report from the The Athletic detailed how he refused to go into the Seattle game, which may be a reason he hasn’t been able to get on the field despite being healthy.

Higgins needs to be on the field consistently. Hopefully this leads to more playing time because it’s apparent the Browns miss having a big receiving target, and at 6-foot-4, Higgins is the biggest threat Mayfield has at his disposal, especially considering the tight end position has been non-existent.

If Higgins finds his place on the offense, perhaps then Cleveland and Mayfield can go on the run many thought they could.
