1. Baker Mayfield

Games where Baker Mayfield is supposed to lift up the Cleveland Browns to victory are going in the wrong direction.

The Rams, Seattle, Denver…these could’ve been wins. Instead, Mayfield, and his coach, and his offensive line, or whomever gets the blame couldn’t get it done.

The only thing that is clear is that Mayfield failed to elevate his team against a squad the Browns should’ve beaten in Week 13 at Heinz Field.

In a contest that basically equated to a playoff game, the second-year veteran threw for 173 yards, which averaged out to 4.6 yards per attempt. These numbers aren’t just bad. They’re get your coach fired ugly.

Mayfield’s final pass of the day, an interception too high for Jarvis Landry that sailed into the hands of Joe Haden, was the empty pizza box on top of a heaping pile of garbage.

He was intercepted once and fumbled another time. In total, the Steelers sacked him five times
