Michael Dunn in place of Blake Hance

Frankly, I’d be fine with anyone replacing Blake Hance at right tackle. Hance is a good guard, you need different skill sets to succeed there, but as a tackle and as a tackle opposite Jedrick Wills? You’re done. Believe me, if the Browns weren’t racked with injuries on the offensive line, I’d be suggesting Wills too, but he’s actually better than some of the options we have, or at least he’s supposed to be.

Dunn has played well in the past and like Hance, was an unsung hero for the offensive line in short stints last year as well. The team can’t afford to have Hance at that position any longer, not if they intend on keeping Baker Mayfield upright or the running game moving. The Ravens shut down the running game quite easily and that’s not going to change after the bye week. The team needs to make some changes to the offensive line and those changes should’ve come a long time ago.

So instead of waiting another week, and letting a wounded Mayfield limp around the field like a penguin on a hot sandy beach, get someone else in there, anyone else, and see if they can’t hold a pass block for longer than a second and a half.

Also, any movement off the line on running plays at all would be helpful. Just, so super helpful.
